a. We try to ensure that our product listings are up to date, but we do not guarantee the availability of any product advertised on our website.

c. Pricing and Payment Terms: Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in US dollars. Prices do not include shipping and handling charges. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, and any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
d. Currency and Exchange Rates: For international transactions, the final amount charged may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your bank or payment provider at the time of the transaction. We are not responsible for any additional fees that your bank or payment provider may charge.
e. Shipping charges are additional charges and are calculated at the time of purchase.
f. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of receipt, we will be happy to refund your money. Items must be in their original condition and with the original box and tags from when they were shipped.
g. When you order from us, we will ask you to provide your name, shipping address, email address, telephone contact details and credit card details. This information will be governed by our Privacy Policy; however, in providing us with such information, you agree that we are not responsible for its misuse due to transmission errors or viruses or malware.
h. The products you order will be delivered as described on our website. Title to the goods will pass to you when we receive payment. Our payment terms are set out on the order page.
i. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we make them available to the delivery service.
Cancelling an order due to error
We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if a product is incorrectly priced or has incorrect information or images due to typographical error or similar oversight. If your credit card has already been charged, we will refund the total amount charged. Please note that refunds and store credits (if any) will be processed within 7-10 days.
