Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days, we will gladly refund your order. Items must be in their original condition with the original box and tags. Items received after 30 days or in non-original condition will not be accepted. All sale or promotional items are final and are not eligible for refund.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, or if your shipping carton is severely damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please provide Customer Service with:
a. Your order number
b. Tracking number from your order confirmation email
c. Your email address
d. Your phone number
We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, all return shipping costs are at your expense.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags.
Eyewear products are not eligible for return if they are damaged or missing accessories (e.g. lenses, cases, etc.).
Return Process
To apply for a return: Please contact us through our customer service email at [email protected] and provide your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours and assist you with the return process.
Return Confirmation: After receiving your return request, we will review your return request. If eligible for return, we will provide you with detailed return procedures.
Returning the item: Please package the item securely and send it back to the return address we provide. Make sure to use a reliable courier service and keep the logistics tracking number of the return so that you can track the progress of your return.
Refund Processing
Refunds are usually completed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item, and the funds will be returned to your original payment account. The specific arrival time may vary depending on the processing time of the bank or payment platform.
Warranty Framework
For manufacturing defects, replacements are available within 12 months of purchase. Warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage from daily use, fading or peeling of the frame, or lost screws due to negligence. Mirrored lenses are extremely susceptible to scratches and chips from daily wear and tear. Natural wear and tear of mirrored lens sunglasses does not qualify for replacement.
