Yes, you need to create an account to place an order. You will have the option to create an account during checkout. You can also create a new account directly through our registration page, but we recommend that you create a customer account to better track your orders and be able to place orders faster.
You can change your personal information by logging into your account using your email and password. Once connected, you can modify your personal information (shipping address, password, email address, etc).
Click on the “Login” icon, then “Forgot password” and enter your email address in the dedicated field. In a few minutes, you will receive an email in your mailbox with a link to reset your password. If you do not see anything in your inbox, remember to check your spam.
The items in your shopping cart will be saved for 30 days, but will not be reserved. After this period, they will be automatically removed from your shopping cart.
To use a discount code, you must first add the items to your shopping cart. You will then see the words “Do you have a discount code?” below the cart summary. Enter the promotional code in the dedicated field and click “Apply”. You will then see the discount for each item in the order summary.
Only one promotional code can be added per order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the order tracking number. To track the progress of your order, you can enter the order tracking number on the order tracking page to query the logistics information.
You cannot modify or cancel a confirmed order. You can contact customer service to request a return refund, and we will refund you if you return the item within 30 days. For more information, please refer to the “Delivery and Returns” section of our FAQ.
If the product you ordered is no longer available, your order will be canceled. Of course, if your order contains multiple items, the available items will be sent. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items, as we only charge for items that have been shipped.
If the product I received is not what I ordered or the product is not in good condition, you must contact our customer service department through the “Contact Us” form and provide your order number and photos of the product you received. Our customer service department will respond as soon as possible.
For your protection, if we find your order suspicious during our normal fraud control process, we will email you to verify your information. We may reject suspicious orders even if we are authorized.

Currently, we do not accept cash, cash on delivery, checks, money orders, or gift certificates for online purchases.
You will be charged when your order ships. During shipment, an email will be sent with the order tracking number.
Standard Shipping 7-14 business days, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, shipping costs $6.99 or free (if the order amount is over 59)
Expedited Shipping 3-5 business days, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, shipping costs $12.99
Yes, the package will be shipped to the shipping address you provided when you confirmed the order. You have the option to register multiple addresses in your account and distinguish between shipping addresses and billing addresses.
You will receive a text message from the carrier to notify you that the delivery has been made. If you are not there that day, the carrier will try to deliver again the next day. If you are not there the next day, the courier will leave the package at the carrier warehouse and notify you by text message.
If you received damaged, defective or wrong merchandise, or your shipping carton was severely damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our customer service email [email protected] and provide your order number and reason for return. If eligible for return, we will provide you with detailed return procedures.
We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact customer service, all return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You will be notified by email once your approved return has been received and processed. Refunds and store credits will be processed within 7-10 days.
Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of arriving at our warehouse.
